For those who attended the “CHAGA: King of the Medicinal Mushrooms” Author Webinar with David Wolfe, this is a space for you to continue the discussion. Share your questions! (If you missed the webinar, please feel free to post here as well.)
I am pretty sure I am on for tomorrow at 11am PT, but not sure if I can stay for the whole thing, since I have a client. I hope a recording will be available! Thanks Kat and Talia both for making sure everything is OK with this! Lisa
Hey Lisa, no worries, we know how that goes! Everyone who signed up for the webinar (whether you could attend or not) will receive a link to the recording of the webinar in your email tomorrow, so you can watch that any time. Thanks for signing up!
AND… if you have any questions that weren’t addressed in the webinar, you can type them here, and we’ll get answers from David (he may even stop by the forums occasionally, if he has time).
I’ve got some chaga tinctures but I CAN’T WAIT to go hunt down some WILD CHAGA of my own!!! There don’t seem to be many birch trees too close to Vancouver, Canada but I’ll head east and track some down soon enough!
I am looking at an older version of The Fungal Pharmacy by Robert Dale Rogers at the same time I will be viewing the slideshow and Youtube video as soon as I have an hour – good stuff indeed! Inonotus obliquus – woot!
Well, I haven’t had my hour yet Talia However, I shall shortly (just busy with writing work as usual this time of year, plus new clients – no complaining). I will tell you that ANYONE into doing any work with the fungus kingdom owes themselves to obtain that book! I actually also possess the newer release (put out by none other than North Atlantic Books!) and it has tons of new material featured, including other mushrooms not discussed in the older version. Why I like the older version to work with is that it is spiral-bound and lays flat, it covers many of the common mushrooms (including Chaga), and it is more portable. So what I will do is watch the video, review the slides – and share stuff from the book that may add more insight, since SO MUCH is even in the old version, crazy!
