Drawing from the extensive information in his book, Maximum Healing: Optimize Your Natural Ability to Heal, Silverstein recommends that everyone should evaluate the following lifestyle factors:

1. Improve the quality of the air you breathe.

2. Improve the quality of the water you drink.

3. Improve the quality of the food you eat.

4. Exercise.

5. Accept reality and deal with it in the best way possible.
