Cook.Vegan.Lover. is a great resource for anyone interested in healthy eating and nutrition–topics that are very important to us in the NAB Nourish Community. Not only does the site feature innovative vegan recipes with striking test kitchen photos, vegan dining-out recommendations, and health counseling advice, it is also a fabulous destination for honest reviews of vegan, cooking, and healthy living products, from recipe books to organic snack foods to kitchen gadgets.
We began working with Lindsay, the genius behind the blog, several years ago. Always delighted to share cutting-edge cooking and nutrition info and stories of her kitchen adventures, the truth is that Lindsay’s past is laden with weight and dietary struggles. On Cook.Vegan.Lover., Lindsay explains that through her childhood and teenage years she always struggled with her weight and had an “unhealthy relationship with food.” After reaching her highest weight ever at 210lbs., she felt depressed, unhealthy and uncomfortable with her body.
That’s when she decided she’d had enough.
Through countless hours of reading and research, Lindsay became knowledgeable about how proper nutrition could help her, and others, to feel good about their bodies and improve their overall heath.
Today, Lindsay is a Certified Health Coach and provides an excellent destination at Cook.Vegan.Lover. for info on how to live a better life through eating well. A true inspiration!

Yay! Welcome, Lindsay!
Thank you Kat!
Hey Lindsay, I have a question for ya…
I am an omnivore, but over the past month or so, I decided that I would cut back on my meat and animal product intake considerably, and work on trying to get most of my protein and nutrients from veggies fruits, and beans and nuts. Recently though, the question of B12 came up, and how vegans can get it (without just taking supplements). I did a little Googling, but didn’t find any conclusive answers to finding non-supplement, vegan sources of B12. Do you have any suggestions?
