Archive for July, 2010

  • June and July are two of my favorite months of the year, with the summer solstice bringing its renewed power and strength to the medicine wheel in the northern hemisphere. I love this time of year because the energy of the sun is at its height, bringing more hours of daylight to enjoy. I love to walk in the mountains and around the lakes here in Switzerland in June and July, enjoying the abundance of flowers and plants. The subtle energies of the earth are transformed with each different season that passes on the medicine wheel, and we are affected by these changes at every level of our being, consciously and unconsciously.
