Many books about the afterlife focus on arguments as to whether it exists and what it may be like. However, with Handbook to the Afterlife, authors Dr. Pamela Heath and Dr. Jon Klimo share what they have learned from their studies of parapsychology to describe the stages of the afterlife that spirits go through. Beginning with the moment of death itself and ending with the time they return to the physical plane, each of these stages has its purposes and pitfalls, which the soul must navigate to advance through the afterlife. This book examines the kinds of adjustment problems that crop up during each phase, and how guides and those in the afterlife can help spirits move forward. Heath and Klimo share with readers what they have learned about the afterlife through channeled material, helping readers to open communication with those who have passed on, and even help stuck spirits such as ghosts to reach the other side.
